Even at the Happiest Place on Earth

I have been backstage at Disneyland.  The inner workings of that operation are top notch.  The fact that in its more than six decades of operation there are really no catastrophic occurrences of violent crime is no accident.  There are well-trained and highly skilled planners and operators concentrated on guest safety and the organization spares no expense to empower them to do a stellar job.  And still there is opportunity for some mayhem.
