Suspect Arrested in Attack on Senior in Hell's Kitchen

The attack of a woman by an assailant who shouted anti-Asian statements while he stomped her head repeatedly was captured by surveillance footage outside an apartment building.  The footage went viral and was broadcast on most major network morning shows.  Footage also shows three witnesses inside the apartment building who made no attempt to intervene.

The suspect, identified as Brandon Elliot, 38, is on lifetime parole for having killed his mother in 2002.  He was apprehended by NYPD with the help of tips from the public.  Click on the picture for the full article.
