Why Training and Experience are Crucial

A fellow business owner recently asked me why we offer only top-tier agents when there are so many lucrative contracts out there for uniformed security.  The reason is simple: Mindset.  Our agents are trained and experienced at responding by thinking like an assailant, and as such, thinking ahead.  The lesser-trained, less-experienced agents who are more of a deterrent than a responder will get a different result.  The article linked to the picture below explains the science behind the mindset.  Take a look, it's a fascinating read.
